Immediately after graduating from U.C. Davis Veterinary School in 1984, my wife, Mara, our oldest, Rana and I moved back down to L.A. and I began working at the same hospital I was working at before getting into school. It was a great first job and I learned a lot about veterinary medicine and running a practice. After a few years, however, it was becoming more and more apparent that my boss and I had a very different practice philosophy, so in August of 1988 I left and opened Century Veterinary Group, my very own practice.

What does an American Animal Hospital Certification/Accreditation signify?
